The Process
Now that we have established what photography you need, I will draft up a personalised quote for you.
This will outline the number of images needed, amount of time required and which photography service is the best fit for you.
Once you have accepted the proposal, you will be directed to sign a service agreement.
Your photoshoot is now booked!
Step 1 - Lets chat
Planning a photoshoot is an exciting time!
I am here to make the whole process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Before starting, this is a great chance to meet and for you tell me all about the images you are needing for your business.
Let’s establish scope, location(s) and parameters so that we can work towards creating the very results for you.
This is a 15 minute video call.
Step 2 - Proposal
Now that the planning is done, it’s time to bring all those ideas together into your photoshoot.
The session should feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Let’s do it!
Step 3 - The Brief
Now that your photoshoot is booked, it’s time to plan out your photoshoot in more detail and build out your shot list.
This is a chance to inform me of any “must have” images along with any specific instructions that can help shape your imagery.
A photography brief questionnaire will be emailed to you to fill out.
Following this we may hop on a 2nd planning video call to do a run through of the photoshoot.
Step 4 - Your Photoshoot
“Gemma! Your photos are absolutely incredible - I am so blown away. You have spotted and captured parts of Rutherglen that I have never noticed before. And the pics of the cottage - spectacular!”
