Accommodation & Short Stay Photography.
Photography that fills your calendar.
Perhaps you chose your property because of its location, it’s charm or the way you instantly feel relaxed when you turn the key. Whatever the reasons, I am sure there’s many, I’m here to help share them in a collection of gorgeous images that feel just like your place.
Your photoshoot covers your interiors, exteriors and the surrounding area, capturing all the special things that makes your property and its location worth choosing.
Everything a guest needs to see to say yes.
All the thoughtful details
The carefully considered details, textures and choices that set your property apart.
Wide shots for the bigger picture
From the bedroom to the back deck, every space your guests will love, seen at its best.
The experience of the area
Sharing the landscapes, laneways and hidden gems. The many reasons you chose this location, in photos.
Beyond the Booking
Photography of your short stay property and its surrounds, capturing the light, textures and small details that give guests a genuine feel for the place before they arrive.
It's not just the bedroom and the pool, it's the walk down to the beach, the café on the corner, the golden hour view from the deck. Guests booking a stay aren't just booking a room, they're booking an experience, and your photos should show them that.
Perfect for property owners wanting their short stay listing to stand out and book out.
The Process
You’re ready to elevate your listing with professional photography and I am here to make the whole process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Before starting, this is a great chance to meet and for you tell me all about the images you are needing for your short stay property.
Tell me about your property, what makes it special and what you're hoping to achieve. We will talk through package options and dates and establish a clear path of what’s to come.

Step 1 - Lets chat
Step 2 - Proposal
Based on our chat, I'll put together a personalised quote for you.
This will outline the number of images, time required and the photography package that's the best fit for your property.
Once you're happy to go ahead, you'll be asked to sign a service agreement and your shoot will be booked.
All pricing is supplied upfront with a deposit payment required to secure your booking.
Your shoot is now confirmed and the planning can begin.
With the brief in hand, I'll arrive at your property and get to work. I shoot independently, working at the times of day that show your property in its best light, so there's no need for you to be there.
Within 10 days you'll receive an online gallery to browse and select your favourite images.
Once you've made your selections, your final retouched images will be delivered within 7 days as both high and low resolution digital files.
You now have images ready to use across your listing, socials and beyond.
With your shoot confirmed, it's time to get into the detail. I'll send you a photography brief questionnaire to fill out, covering your must-have images, specific requirements and anything that will help shape your shoot.
Think of this as your chance to walk me through your property before I arrive. The more context you give me -- the story behind the space, the details you're most proud of, the feeling you want guests to have -- the better I can plan and prepare.
This is where we make sure nothing gets missed.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A typical shoot is a full day and occasionally includes an overnight stay to make the most of the light at different times of day. This gives me time to work across your interiors, exteriors and the surrounding area. Bookings are generally mid week.
-
Not at all. I work independently, so you're free to get on with your day. As long as I have access to the property, I'll take care of everything.
-
Every property is different. The front of the house, outdoor areas and pools look their best when the sun is hitting them at just the right angle - but this isn't always predictable. That's why I spend a full day at your property, and sometimes overnight, to make sure I'm there for the best light conditions whenever they happen.
-
To get the most out of your shoot, it helps to have your property looking its absolute best beforehand. A few things to take care of:
Fresh linen on all beds
Best hand towels and toiletries displayed in bathrooms
Garden tidied and outdoor furniture arranged
All light globes working
Surfaces clear of clutter and personal items
The more prepared the property, the more we can focus on capturing it beautifully rather than working around anything that needs attention.
-
Within 10 days of the shoot you'll receive an online gallery to browse and select your favourites. Your final retouched images are then delivered within a week -- as high and low resolution downloads ready to use straight away.

Yes - in addition to photography I can also arrange floor plans. If you're looking for a complete package for your listing, just mention it when we chat and I'll include it in your proposal.
“Gemma! Your photos are absolutely incredible - I am so blown away. You have spotted and captured parts of Rutherglen that I have never noticed before. And the pics of the cottage - spectacular!”
